Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for delivering a wide range of nursing services to the practice population, including:

Job Summary
The post holder will work as part of the primary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to the practice population. The role includes health promotion, disease prevention, screening, and management of patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
The nurse will be responsible for a range of clinical duties, ensuring care is delivered in accordance with practice protocols and national guidelines set by NHS England.

Travel health advice and administration of travel vaccinations

Wound care management, including dressings and leg ulcer care

Administering injections and medications in accordance with Patient Group Directions (PGDs) or prescriptions
