Job summary

West Wirral Group Practice is looking to recruit a team member to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a fast-paced and highly complex role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with people. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a high standard of customer service while supporting the smooth running of the practice.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting patients in person and by telephone.

Managing appointment bookings and enquiries.

Handling sensitive and confidential information accurately.

Supporting clinicians and colleagues with administrative tasks.

Dealing calmly and professionally with very challenging and delicate situations.

We are a well-established GP practice serving a patient population of around 13,500. Our team includes 11 GP partners supported by a strong multi-disciplinary workforce, delivering a wide range of high-quality services to our local community.
