Main duties of the job
- Ensuring that the repeated scripts are signed and sent in a timely manner
- Conducting medication reviews and Medication Reconciliation
- Managing chronic diseases
- Minor Ailments
- Medication queries, education of patients and medical counselling
- Monitor patients medical therapies
- Provide exemplary care in accordance with current legislation and requirements
- Working closely with the clinical team
- Providing quality and personalised care to patients
