Cricklewood General
Practice is located
in newly refurbished premises close to Cricklewood Station. We currently have a patient population
of 5,000 and serve an ethnically diverse urban patient population. We have an
established, friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an outstanding salaried GP or long term locum to join our team for 2 sessions per week on a Thursday and Friday
afternoon.
Our ideal candidate
will have a special interest in Womens Health and we can support their training
and development in this area.
We are looking for a candidate who can work the specific hours and days required, please don't apply if these timings won't work for you.

Job responsibilities
The purpose
of this role is to deliver efficient and effective clinical
care to patients attending the surgery.
Duties
You will provide NHS general medical
services to registered patients on the practice list. You will be required to provide all
core primary care services as defined by the local CCG and NHS England requirements.
To provide clinical care to
patients; this will include consultation sessions, telephone triage,
correspondence, results, medication reviews and prescription signing and other clinical
administration, safeguarding lead, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery
meetings and on-call (excluding out of hours).
To
adhere to the highest personal
and professional standards as set out by the GMC and to put individual patient
care as your priority.
Working with the Practice
Manager and the partners to support the development,
delivery and review of the surgery action plan including list growth, patient
satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile and
cost management.
To
work closely with the surgery
primary health care team in delivering clinical care, including attendance at
practice team meetings.
Ensure on-going CPD to keep abreast
of new clinical developments and maintain
an appreciation of the commitments and requirements of the wider clinical workforce
Ensure that personal mandatory and organisationally required
training is up to
date
Ensure engagement with NHS annual strengthened appraisal, PDP production and GMC revalidation.
Document and report significant events and matters
relating to clinical governance to the clinical lead
or site manager.
At
all times to behave as a professional clinician and act as ambassador for The Practice

to undertake all other duties that may be reasonably asked of you.
