Job summary

Kington Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicatedPractice Nurseto join our friendly and supportive team.

Main duties of the job

Your role will include (but is not limited to):

  • Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension)
  • Wound care and dressings
  • Cervical cytology
  • Childhood and adult immunisations
  • Travel health advice and vaccinations
  • ECGs and phlebotomy
  • Health checks and lifestyle advice
  • Supporting long-term condition reviews and QOF achievement
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with practice and NMC standards
