About us
Staff Wellbeing
Every
day the GPs meet in our meeting room after their morning clinic. Here they
have access to a laptop to complete their admin work over a cup of tea or
coffee. This dedicated time provides an opportunity for colleagues to catch up,
engage in informal debriefs, seek advice on complex cases, or simply validate
clinical decisions. This has proven beneficial for GP wellbeing, reducing
stress levels and fostering a supportive working environment. Additionally, it
enhances dynamic teamwork, as other staff members are aware that GPs are
available for any queries during this time.
Regular
team building events are arranged for all staff.
Education and
Training
The
practice participates in the local protected learning time sessions.
In
addition, we hold regular meetings for including whole practice, individual
teams, gold standards, safeguarding and MDT meetings.
We
are a Training Practice and are well known for our invaluable support to
registrars who train here.
The
GPs all meet with the practice management every month.
