Main duties of the job

Provide health promotion, vaccination services, and preventative care screening. Perform clinical observations, wound care, and minor procedures. Support clinical governance, safeguarding, and infection control protocols. Collaborate with GPs, Practice Nurses, and wider healthcare teams. Mentor healthcare assistants and support practice development initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to quality improvement projects.
