Job summary
We
are looking for a highly motivated GP who values teamwork, quality patient care
and innovation to join our friendly practice for 4-5 sessions per week.
Main duties of the job
Provide excellent quality care in a primary care setting.
Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations and emergencies, telephone consultations and queries, triaging, visiting patients at home, medication management, test results, referral letters NHS/private, paperwork and correspondence.
Work as part of a supportive team, attending relevant meetings and contributing to the development of the organisation.

Practice is currently a 6000 patient practice with 2 enthusiastic new partners
and 2 salaried GPs.
We
have two sites with contrasting populations approximately a mile apart and have
very strong links with the local community.
Our
priority is to provide excellent holistic care with good continuity and we are
investing in the latest technologies to support us with this. The practice is
undergoing a period of transformation and it is an exciting time for us as we
work with our committed staff team to build a really positive future for
Molebridge.
As
active members of Leatherhead PCN and DHC Federation we have clinical support
from an ANP, pharmacist, physiotherapist and social prescriber. Our IT includes
EMIS web, Anima, Accurx and Abtrace.
