Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team at Church Road Surgery. We operate out of two sites and provide primary care services to over 11,000 patients.
Main duties of the job
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of a general medical practice. You will be required to work closely with the GP partners to create and drive forward opportunities for profitability, efficiency, and enhanced patient care. You will be managing staff, finances, and resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will be expected to work collaboratively and build rapport with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial management, running a business and be passionate about delivering a high standard of care. About us
Our team consists of salaried and permanenet locum GPs, nurses, HCAs, receptionists and administrators, as well as ARR roles (pharmacists, MSK, doctors and care coordinators).
