The Orchard Medical Practice is seeking to appoint a full / part time (min 20 hours) Salaried Paramedic .
Main duties of the job
We are a dedicated team of 6 Partners, 2 Salaried GP's, 3 ANP'S, 3 Practices Nurses, 2 HCA/Phlebotomists offering an excellent quality of care to our Practice population consisting of a list size of approx. 12,400 patients.
You will have access to:
*Teaching Practice with a GP Registrar
*Support from Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescribers & Nurse Associates
*GPwSI in Cardiology, Dermatoloy & Women's Health
*Nurses specialised in Diabetes/ Asthma / COPD, care planning & nursing home care
*Dispensing Practice
*High achieving Practice in all areas of QOF/QUIPP, Enhanced Services, IIF / Basket of Services, Dispensing Quality Services
*CQC inspection rating of 'good' in all areas
*Excellent patient satisfaction results
*Regular Staff events

Our Main Surgery is situated in Broughton Astley with a Branch Surgery in Ullesthorpe. The Practice is part of the Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance (Federation) and the Fosseway PCN.
Qualifications:
- BSC in a training programme approved by the College of Paramedics
Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
Able to operate at an advanced level of clinical practice.
Framework for Higher Education Qualification (FHEQ) Level 7 or Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCOF).
5 years post registration
You will have access to:
- Teaching practice with a GP registrar
- Support from clinical Pharmacists, First-Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescribers, and Nurse Associates.
- GPwSI in Cardiology, Dermatology and Womens health.
- Nurses specialised in Diabetes, Asthma/ COPD, care planning and nursing home care
- Dispensing Practice
- SystmOne Clinical System
- High achieving Practice in all areas of QOF/QIPP, Enhanced Services (including implants, coils, joint injections etc), IIF/Basket of Services, Dispensing Quality Services.
- CQC inspection rating of good in all areas
- Excellent patient satisfaction results
- Regular staff events
