Job summary

The partners of Colby Medical Centre are looking to employ a Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities and experience of working in the NHS.

At Colby Medical Centre we pride ourselves on our compassionate and team-focused approach and we value individuals who share our ethos. We are a 2 GP Partner Practice in a purpose built , modern premises, we provide exceptional care to 2,400 patients in Huyton, Liverpool. We actively participate within our PCN and have a CQC rating of Good.

The role will be supported by an experienced part time Business Manager .

This is a permanent position with a negotiable salary for a 20-30 hour week , to be determined during the recruitment process based on your experience and abilities. Additionally you will enjoy 5 weeks annual leave per year, statutory bank holidays and access to the NHS pension.

We are looking for a team player who is able to demonstrate clear and focused leadership and who has the necessary experience and skills to undertake this important role .

Main duties of the job

As the Practice Manager you will oversee the operational management of the Practice. Your responsibilities include CQC compliance, HR, finance/claims, health and safety and IT.
