Job summary
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with
Undergraduate degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or
equivalent)
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical
Council
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
Ideally holds
an independent prescribing qualification
Previous General Practice experience is
desirable
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and

providing meaningful, patient centred support in general practice.
Main duties of the job
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in a
patient facing role
Work in the Long Term Conditions clinics
Undertake clinical medication reviews
Support general practice staff with prescription
requests, and medication queries
Undertake safe prescribing practice
Work with the clinical staff with project work and audits
