PCN GP

Job summary

Synergy PCN is made up of 3 practices which cover Carlton, Netherfield, Gedling, parts of Mapperley, Lowdham and Burton Joyce. The employing practice for this role will be Trentside Medical Group which is a highly regarded practice caring for over 18700 patients.

You will see a wide variety of clinical cases and will have CPD time built into your rota.

Main duties of the job

• Assess patients face to face, responding to their medical issues, including diagnosis, investigation and treatment
• Regularly review medications, and monitor repeat prescriptions
• Support colleagues in the wider practice team with medical advice
• Home visits as required
• Contribute to QOF achievement

Jubilee Park Medical Partnership runs across two sites, one of which is a dispensing practice. They provide a high standard of care for over 12000 patients. They have 3 GP partners and a large multi-disciplinary team.

West Oak Surgery is on the Mapperley/Gedling border and is the smaller of the three practices and has two GP Partners and an established wider practice team.
