Job Overview: Administration Clerk

The Administration Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily administrative operations within the organisation. This position involves handling a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, supporting staff and departments, and ensuring records and communications are accurately maintained.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain patient or client records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

  • Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning as needed.

  • Schedule appointments and update calendars for relevant teams or departments.

  • Liaise with other staff members to support operational efficiency.

  • Process paperwork related to referrals, requests, and internal documentation.

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
