Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain patient or client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning as needed.
Schedule appointments and update calendars for relevant teams or departments.
Liaise with other staff members to support operational efficiency.
Process paperwork related to referrals, requests, and internal documentation.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
