Job summary
We are seeking enthusiastic an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with practices, including screening, assessment and treatment.
Main duties of the job
Role Requirements
- Current NMC Registration
- Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
- Commitment to patient care
- To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
- To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care
- To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
- To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate

Dedicated team of eight doctors, two practice nurses, three health care assistants and a team of clinical pharmacists. We have an experienced administration and reception team.
