Job summary

To work across two sites to join a successful team. We look to have a work life balance by working a telephone consultation model whilst putting our patients first. This is a great opportunity for a salaried GP with potential partnership either full or part-time. Both practices are top-rated in Leicestershire for patient satisfaction.

Main duties of the job

To deal with patients effectively with a caring manner working from a call back list, you will call each patient and speak with them over the phone or book them into yourself for a face to face appointment. We approach each call as if they would be coming in and then following your contact, this will decide the course of actions.

About us

We have a great team, made up of other GP's, Nurses, HCA's, Clinical pharmacists, PA's, ANP's. We are high QoF achievers across both practices. We have full admin support and a great reception and admin team who have been with us many years. We successfully recruited a GP from the International GP recruitment scheme and he has been with us nearly 4 years now.

To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population of approximately 9,000 patients across both practices, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
