Job summary
We are seeking a PCN Admin Coordinator to support the PCN Clinical Director, PCN Manager, HR Officer and Management Team by providing efficient secretarial and administrative services in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role, you will be required to work from the Maidenhead office once a week and remotely on other days.
Benefits include NHS Pensions, 25 days annual leave and additional bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
- Diarising and administrating meetings
- Minutes and action log coordination
- Ensuring action log items are progressed
- Managing Protected Learning Time events and organising PCN-wide training
- Organising and managing PCN events
- HR Admin
- Compiling newsletters and PCN-wide communications
- Updating the PCN website and social media pages
- Compiling reports
- Conducting searches
- Ensuring information is recorded and filed correctly
- Ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date
- Communicating risks and issues
- Project administration
- Rota Preparation
