Although managerial experience within the NHS is desirable, we are open to applications from a wide range of sectors.f Clinicians and Support Staff.
Main duties of the job
Supporting the Business Manager and GP Partner to run the Practice, you will be responsible for HR oversight, training and management; ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Information Governance, CQC and other mandatory regulations; communications and liaison with patients and PPG; responding to complaints; rota management; supporting staff with IT changes and issues.

Abbeyview Surgery is a semi-rural, part dispensing Practice serving
circa 9000 patients in Crowland, Lincolnshire. We are CQC Outstanding and our
team have won several awards for patient care locally and nationally.
To compliment our team of Doctors, ACPs and Nurses and HCAs, our rapidly
expanding team includes Diabetes Specialist Nurse, Physio, MSK, Clinical
Pharmacists, Care Co-ordinator and Social Prescriber.
We have a strong team ethos where all departments work collaboratively
to provide the best patient centred care possible.

You will provide positive leadership and role modelling through your understanding of Human Resources, strategic planning, and finance.
The Practice Manager is integral in leading our team and interacting with all members of staff both clinical and non-clinical. You will need to be approachable and able to deal with a diverse team.
Oversee all aspects of personnel management.
Ensure clinics are staffed and organise cover where needed
Ensure the Practices compliance with the GDPR and FOI along with other relevant legislation and professional information standards.
Oversee implementation of new IT systems and procedures
Ensure all job holders across the Practice adhere to their individual responsibilities for infection control and health and safety, using a system of reporting and risk management (including audits).
Engage with and work with our PPG to improve services of the Practice.
Maintain the Practice Website and keep updated with any changes
Provide regular newsletters and Facebook posts to keep patients informed on changes at the practice
