Job summary

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, collaborative GP who is interested in building a long-term career within a stable, high-quality practice.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Working Pattern: 6-8 sessions (days negotiable)

Start Date: October 2026.

Main duties of the job

We believe excellent GPs thrive in well-supported systems.

You will be backed by:

  • Experienced GP Partners and Trainers
  • ANP, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedic and ARRS staff
  • Dedicated secretarial support to reduce admin burden assigned to each GP Partner
  • Structured clinical meetings
  • Open-door culture for advice and discussion

As a training practice hosting GP registrars, Foundation doctors and medical students, we foster a culture of continuous development and mentorship.

Appointments:

You will be expected to deliver:

  • 15-minute routine appointments
  • 10-minute urgent appointments
  • Mix of face-to-face and telephone
  • Limited home visits (supported by in-house Paramedic and Community Urgent Care Response team)

You will contribute to the duty/triage rota on a shared basis with protected time allocated.

Partnership Opportunity
