Job summary
Experienced and highly organised GP clinical system administrator required for busy GP computer services team. You will be joining a well established, friendly and very popular GP Practice in the heart of Whitley Bay.
Main duties of the job
Experience GP clinical coded required to join our computer services team. You should have experience of TPP Systm1 and or EMIS , including but not exclusively, GMS registrations, deductions, summarising of patient notes, clinical coding for QOF, enhanced services and other vital updates, running audits and searches, recall management. Ensuring patient records are kept up to date at all times. Health Screening management including Cytology, Diabetes and many other conditions.

- TPP Systm1 coding and auditing via searches
- GMS registrations and deductions

- Liaising with other GP Surgeries to ensure the timely transfer of patient records and notes
- Working under the direction of the GP Partners and responsible directly to the Practice Manager
- Use of ARDENDS templates
- Creation and management of Systm1 templates and protocols
- Any other duties as directed by the Practice Manager
