Job summary
We are looking to appoint a motivated committed doctor to join our team as a GP Partner for 6 Sessions a week. Start date would be negotiable for the right candidate.
We are a friendly supportive practice and work to offer a high quality general practice with continuity of care being our aim. We are part of the Three Valleys Primary Care network and work within Bath & North East Somerset. We are a semi-rural PMS practice with approximately 5200 patients working from purpose built premises and there is a vibrant post-graduate learning education programme.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for assessing patients, working with multi-disciplinary team and undertaking all clinical duties associated with work as a General Practitioner in line with GMC and RCGP standards. Also supporting the team to achieve the surgery's QOF and Enhanced Service targets. As well as the usual duties of a GP we have a well established private minor surgery practice alongside our NHS work (the successful applicant would not be expected to undertake minor surgery but would be fully supported should they be interested).

Westfield Surgery is in Radstock an ex-mining community on the outskirts of both Bath and Bristol with the opportunity to enjoy both city life or escape to the country and has an excellent choice of schools.
We are a 2 Partner Practice with 2 Salaried GPs, 2 GP Retainers, 2 Practice Nurses and an HCA, who are all supported by the Administrative Team and Clinical Pharmacists.
We have regular in-house Clinical; Health Visitor and MDT meetings and daily coffee/lunch debrief and chat.
