Main duties of the job
Role Principles:
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role to clinically assess, diagnose and treat patients using expert knowledge
To work efficiently and calmly under pressure to ensure the patient receives the care they need.
Provide clinics working F2F and via Telephone and be part on the oncall team on agreed sessions.
Work efficiently to process doctors admin workload such as tasks, letters, pathology results, etc.
Work with wider colleague across the practice and provide them with expert guidance where required
Undertake professional duties in line with the GP role.

The team is made up of 5 GP Partners, 5 Salaried GPs, ANP, Pharmacists, Nursing Team, HCA and Phlebotomy Team, Clinical Admin team (supporting Doctors admin), Patient Services Team and Management Team. The practice also hold clinics for Community/PCN roles including Midwives, First Contact Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner and Social Prescribers. It also has close links to the local community and Voluntary Sector Organisations offering mental health and services to support wider social needs of our patients.
