Main duties of the job

As a Salaried GP at Danes Camp & The Parks Medical Centre, you may be required to work at any one of our 6 sites (Danes Camp/Rillwood/Grange Park/Blisworth/Roade/Hanslope). You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive primary care services to our patients. This contacted post is for 2 years working 8 sessions per week with the sessional rate of pay of £11,200k per session per annum. We welcome applications from newly qualified GPs as well as experienced practitioners seeking a supportive and stable salaried position.

Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients
  • Managing a varied caseload of acute, chronic, and preventative care
  • Undertaking telephone and face-to-face consultations
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of clinical services
  • Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Participating in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement activity
  • Supporting continuity of care and patient safety initiatives

There is no expectation to undertake extended hours unless by mutual agreement, and administrative workload is carefully managed to ensure a fair and realistic distribution.
