Job summary
We are looking for 2 receptionists to complete our amazing reception team across 6 sites.
All staff are contracted to our 6 sites but usually based at just one site specifically.
Main duties being the Front of house greeting and helping patients from the reception desk and via the phones
Main duties of the job
The Role of a receptionist is an important one. You are the first person a patient see's and are the one to organise the help they need.
You will work closely with the clinical team and ensuring their appointments are booked correctly. Navigating the patient to the correct clinician for their needs.
Keeping a calm and smooth reception area for the patients to feel comfotable and looked after whilst they are unwell or in need

We are partnered with Danes camp and Rillwood which means we have 6 sites to provide care from.
Each site usually has its own team but we all work together to provide the best patient care we can.

Job Role-
- To cover the front desk professionally and ensure all patients are helped and provided the best care possible between the hours of 08.00-18.30
- Provide telephone and face to face access for patients to book, cancel and check appointments as per the patients request and deal with customers in a calm and sympathetic manner, working at a continuously high pace under pressure to deliver high levels of accuracy.
- Giving information on the services that are available across our 6 practices to patients
- Working together as a team to provide great patient care
- Support patients who may have a problem or complaint.
- Undertake basic prescription administration training, ensuring that queries are answered
- Partake in any training indicated as appropriate for personal and professional development.
