Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated part time Practice Nurse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including child immunisation, cytology, wound care, and other clinical duties. Experience in Asthma and COPD management is essential.

Main duties of the job

  • Chronic disease management - COPD and asthma
  • Immunisations including child immunisation
  • Wound dressing
  • Smear
  • Phlebotomy
  • Blood pressure
  • ECG

We have a successful nurse triage and minor illness clinics. Our Multidisciplinary Team includes: GPs, Practice nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Physiotherapist, GP assistant and Phlebotomist.
