An exciting opportunity has become available for a Registered Nurse, to join our experienced and enthusiastic team of nurses within a large, busy GP practice to train in the management of chronic disease particularly diabetes. We are looking for someone who is motivated and enjoys working as part a team. We have a vibrant multicultural practice population and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary teams.

This post is suitable for a newly qualified nurse looking to work in general practice or a nurse who would like to train in chronic disease management. You will work alongside Advanced Nurse Practitioners with many years experience working in these fields.
