Job summary
We are looking to recruit part time . 20-24 hours per week
Successful Candidate must be able to provide an efficient audio,copy typing and word processing service for GPs and health professionals as required,
This includes the typing of letters, reports, patient referrals in an accurate and quality manner. Managing eRS system, managing appointments, bookings and admissions as required including e-referrals.
To provide general secretarial support to the Practice Manager, doctors and health professionals, involving word processing and audio typing skills with general clerical work
General secretarial duties including filing, reports, scanning etc. To act as a point of contact for GPs, patients, relatives and other external bodies, acting as necessary ensuring a full audit trail.Scanning, coding of hospital letters ,assist clinical team in annual recalls.Arrange follow ups as needed as per protocols.Other secretarial/admin support as required.
Training will be provided for the new candidates.

- chronic disease recalls and other admin /reception /clerical jobs as needed to support Practice Manager

Mexborough Health Centre is 2 GP Partner Surgery with a list size of 4800 patients
Successful candidate will be working along side a team of 2 GP Partners,ANP,Parctise Nurse,HCA ,Receptionist,Secretary and PCN staff .
