Gladstone House Surgery is a dynamic,
friendly practice offering an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and
highly motivated, flexible and pro-active Receptionist to join our innovative
and progressive team.

You will be supported by our surgery
team and have regular training
The post is for 25hrs per week from
Monday Friday shifts split between 5 receptionists during the hours 7.30am
6.45pm 5hrs per day on a rotating shift basis. The shifts vary between early, middle and
late but are split fairly.

Main duties of the job
The role will involve
patient contact both F2F and on the telephone, working in the back admin office
and on the reception front desk, along with working with the two reception
administrators upstairs. This is a fast paced environment.
You will work closely
with the Practices multi-disciplinary team of other GPs, nurses and
non-clinical staff to provide a high quality and accessible service to
patients.

About us
At Gladstone we have a
tight knit team, who pride themselves on working well together, with a strong
work ethic and a team who provide mentoring and support on an on-going
basis.
This team includes 2 GP
Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 1 x ACP, 2 Nurses and a supportive admin and cleaning
team. We are also supported by our PCN
and CCG pharmacists, midwife and care co-ordinators.
We pride ourselves on
being a patient focused practice.
We also train Yr 1
& 2 medical students, along with student nurses and work experience school
leavers.
