As a Salaried GP with us, youll deliver highquality, patientcentred care while working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team including Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Specialists and Clinical Admin Specialists. Youll bring your GMCregistered clinical expertise, strong communication skills and confidence with EMIS, TQuest and Pathlinks to provide safe, effective consultations - all within an environment designed to genuinely support your wellbeing. Main duties of the job

  • Delivering highquality patient care supported by a diverse team including Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurses, Nurses, and IMGs.
  • Enjoying significantly reduced administrative burden thanks to strong backoffice support and streamlined workflows.
  • Benefiting from reduced oncall duties, fewer home visits, significantly fewer minor illness appointments, and much lower repeat prescription workload.
  • Working alongside Lead GPs and groupwide Clinical Leads committed to your development.
  • Participating in monthly protected learning time, clinical meetings, and shared bestpractice sessions.
  • Taking advantage of opportunities to become a GP trainer or step into leadership roles.

The Salaried GP will provide highquality, holistic clinical care to patients within a supportive, multidisciplinary primary care environment. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective, personcentred consultations while working collaboratively with a broad team of clinicians to ensure the best possible health outcomes. The postholder will contribute to the ongoing development of clinical standards, continuity of care, and service improvement across the practice.

  • Participate in duty/oncall rotas where required, with reduced frequency due to AHP support.
