Main duties of the job

Youll be doing things like:

  • Taking the lead on everything medicationrelated: repeat prescriptions, reviews, drug monitoring, and ensuring safe, effective prescribing.
  • Running your own medication review clinics and supporting patients directly.
  • Working closely with GPs, nurses, and our wider team to deliver joinedup, highquality care.
  • Using your clinical expertise to optimise medicines and improve health outcomes.
  • Collaborating with your parttime Pharmacist Dispenser to keep repeat prescribing efficient and accurate.
  • Sharing learning with other Pharmacists in the group and contributing to service improvements.
  • Bringing strong organisational skills to keep your workflow smooth and your patients happy.

  • -Understanding of primary care workflows (repeat prescribing, medication reviews, drug monitoring).

  • -Knowledge of longterm condition management within primary care.
