The Job

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse or ANP to lead and support our dynamic nursing team across all our sites.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and supervision of our nursing team, ensuring smooth operations and optimal task execution.
  • Implement and maintain practice systems and processes to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with the central management team and HR managers in recruitment and performance appraisals.

We're a small group of close-knit surgeries in South East London on a mission to deliver the best healthcare to our patients. We use a multidisciplinary approach bringing together GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Mental Health Nurses and our non-clinical team to deliver an efficient and effective service

With high levels of patient satisfaction (> 4* on Google at all our sites) and low waiting times, weve been able to grow to over 70,000 patients and we continue to grow at a rapid pace.

We serve our patients across 8 CQC Good rated sites in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, with each site having its own dedicated multidisciplinary team.
