The Partners
of Tunstall Primary Care are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the
role of Practice Manager. If you have a proven track record in leadership,
possess sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, quality
controls, and HR, then we want to hear from you.
We are
looking for adaptable and loyal team players, eager to contribute to a
supportive and dynamic practice. A comprehensive handover will be provided by
the outgoing Practice Manager, ensuring a smooth transition.
Main duties of the job
As the
Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational
management of the practice. Your responsibilities will encompass compliance,
HR, finance, premises management, health and safety, and IT. Rest assured, you
will have the support of a strong management team which includes an assistant
manager and operations manager.
This is a
full-time and permanent position with a negotiable salary for a 37-hour week,
to be determined during the recruitment process based on your experience and
performance. Additionally, you will enjoy 5 weeks' leave per year, statutory
bank holidays, and access to the NHS pension.

teamwork. We are a 3 GP Partner practice with two purpose-built, modern premises,
we provide exceptional care to 12,700 patients in the north of Stoke-on-Trent.
Our practice is also involved in training undergraduates, GP's, and nurses, and
actively participates within our PCN and federation. We have a CQC rating of Good with our most
recent inspection having been held in June 2021.
