Job responsibilities

Finance person wanted 2/3 days for high performing, medium sized GP practice (8,400 patients). We are looking for someone with accountancy knowledge or experience of working in a surgery, for instance an ex practice manager. The role would include being responsible for payroll, claims, payments as well as some assistance in analysing and directing resources for patient benefit. Knowledge of EMIS and quickbooks is an advantage. Remuneration is dependant upon experience and competency, but we do consider that this is a key recruitment for the practice and want to get the right person.
