Lombard Medical Centre is a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice with a strong reputation for high-quality patient care. We are a supportive, innovative, and friendly team, serving a diverse patient population from our modern, purpose-built premises in Newark.
We have a team of 8 GP Partners and currently 4 salaried GPs who would be happy to share their experience of working at Lombard with you.
We are looking to welcome a dedicated Salaried GP to our clinical team. We offer a positive and collaborative environment where you can thrive professionally and personally.

Clinical Duties

Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations for acute, chronic, and preventive care.

Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and appropriate referrals where necessary.

Manage long-term conditions in line with QOF, local, and national guidelines.

Prescribe medicines and treatments in accordance with evidence-based practice and legal frameworks.

Undertake clinical procedures within scope of practice (e.g. joint injections, minor surgery if applicable).

Carry out home visits when required.

Provide timely and accurate documentation of consultations and care using the clinical system (e.g. EMIS, SystmOne).

Participate in the duty doctor rota and urgent care provision.

Review and act on pathology, imaging, and specialist reports.
