We are currently looking to recruit a Practice Nurse with expertise in diabetes management to join our busy, friendly, hardworking, forward thinking general practice team.

You will be an enthusiastic, caring and motivated nurse with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Diabetes Nurse to join our primary care team. The role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with all types of diabetes, supporting effective self-management and reducing complications. You will play a pivotal role in diabetes care planning, education, and clinical management within the general practice setting.
