Job summary
Come

in West Sussex. We offer a lovely
working environment in a purpose built building not far from the sea. We have a strong and stable partnership and
have a dedicated team of highly skilled clinicians and non clinical members of
staff.
Due to
a move of one of our salaried GPs we are looking for someone motivated and
keen to join our ever growing workforce.
We are
offering 4 to 6 sessions a week preferably Wed, Thurs and Friday with inclusion
on the duty rota with a competitive salary and progression in the future. We are also open to consideration to a move
to Partnership in the future.
Basic salary is £10,500 per session with tiered increases based on additional duties (duty rota and trainer status).
Main duties of the job
Main duties include regular GP clinics, with inclusion in the duty doctor rota.
Additional work includes opportunity for audit work to identify ways to improve patient care. We are also willing to support development of our staff as required for the role and benefit to our patients.

We are a training practice with 5 GP Partners and 4 salaried GP's providing the highest possible standard of care to over 13,200 patients.

- Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP
- General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT)
- Full GMC registration
- National Performers List registration
- Appropriate defense indemnity (MPS/MDU)
- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a primary care environment
- Experience of continued professional development
- Experience of QOF and clinical audit
- Minimum of two years as a salaried GP
- General understanding of the GMS contract
Desirable
- Experience of medicines management
- Experience of ICB initiatives
