Job summary

GAB Healthcare are looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly, fun and forward-thinking team.

  • Salary: negotiable depending upon experience
  • No Duty Doctor or on-call requirements & no extra patients
  • No medicine queries (Robust medicines management team including multiple clinical pharmacists)
  • Extremely low visiting
  • Flexible working times available
  • Controlled workload throughout the day with 30-minute breaks after each 1.5 hour surgery with minimal bureaucracy and paperwork.
  • On site staff gym
  • Six weeks annual leave and 1-week study leave (pro-rata) per year
  • Tier 2 licence and certificate of sponsorship available
  • On-site parking
  • In-house clinical education and development programme
  • Combined list size 13,000
  • CQC accredited
  • High QOF achievers

Main duties of the job

The post holder is an experienced General Practitioner, who acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice. They will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing leadership as required.
