Job responsibilities

• Salary: negotiable depending upon experience
• No Duty Doctor or on-call requirements & no extra patients
• No medicine queries (Robust medicines management team including multiple clinical pharmacists)
• Extremely low visiting
• Flexible working times available
• Controlled workload throughout the day with 30-minute breaks after each 1.5 hour surgery with minimal bureaucracy and paperwork.

• Experience of prioritising needs and informed decision making in care and delivery
• Experience of working within General Practice Knowledge relating to current primary care organisational policy and national legislation
• Strong organisational and team working skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to relate and communicate at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and with others to ensure the delivery of a high class service.
• Ability to provide care that is responsive to patient need and work in partnership with patients and carers empowering them to make informed decisions on their treatment
• Able to demonstrate competencies in a whole range of disease areas
• Able to demonstrate critical analytical skills to problem solve Ability to develop and initiate innovation in practice
• Ability to work across professional and organisational boundaries Presentation Skills
• Understanding of computer systems, read code usage in general practice
• Data analysis, including the use of audit to review service and care provided.
