Job summary
We are seeking an experienced medical administrator to join our team and provide efficient, comprehensive project and administrative support to the practices and PCN.
Main duties of the job
The role is varied and covers many aspects of PCN administration including assisting practices to achieve targets and submitting required information to the ICB. The ideal candidate must have attention to detail, be experienced in using SystmOne and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job responsibilities
- Assist in achieving targets across all registers and contacts to reach trajectory as collectively agreed.
- Be involved in identifying creating and running ad-hoc searches that are not compiled by external means, assessing and analysing questionnaires, reports and spreadsheets and taking appropriate actions
- Understanding and managing dashboards
- Work alongside GPs to ensure robust recall processes are in place.
- Review clinical reports relating to payments and missing data taking appropriate action
- Recall patients, organise appointments.
- Sending Questionnaires, Floreys and templates to patients via Accurx
- Coordinating with other primary and secondary healthcare services as appropriate.
- Ensure that Saturday & Week Day Enhanced Access Sessions are fully utilised
- Assist with planning & distributing Enhanced Access & Weekday Clinics and Rotas
- Complete and submit to ICB monthly Enhanced Access returns / information
- Taking minutes at PCN meetings
- Other Adhoc administration duties.
