Job Description:
o The Admin Coordinator Role is an exciting
opportunity to join us and be part of the delivery of the GP DES Contract
helping us to shape and inform innovative and exiting new services in Chester
East PCN. You will have a very important role helping support the PCN agenda
and delivery of care.
o In this role you will be answerable to the PCN
Strategic Manager, and your main task will be in the day-to-day support of this
role and of the Clinical Director.
Main duties of the job
-Supporting with the financial administration of PCN Accounts:
paying and reconciling invoices including salary reimbursement, support with
budget planning and balancing and claiming relevant funding.
-Support with
the planning and organising Monthly Board Meetings, plus any other ad hoc PCN
Meetings taking of minutes.
-Monitor and
report on progress across the PCN Network Contract DES and IIF.
-Support with
Network contracts and governance including the development of the PCN as a
Limited Company.
-Management of
PCN Network Drive, e.g. MS Teams (regular upload of minutes and any other
important documents, including Network Agreement).
-PCN Data
submissions and PCN IT requirements.
-To support the
project management of workstreams across multiple clinical areas.
-Write, design,
and publish internal newsletters to on a regular basis.
-Participate in
website maintenance and updates.

in his/her roles and responsibilities:
-Understanding all relevant PCN
contracts and service requirements both local and national.
-Supporting the development of
excellent relationships across the network and other key stakeholders to enable
collaboration for better patient outcomes.
-Supporting the PCN Manager & CD
to provide strategic leadership for workforce development, through assessment
of clinical skill-mix and development of network workforce strategy.
-Supporting network implementation of
agreed service changes and pathways, working closely with member practices, the
wider PCN and the commissioner to develop, support and deliver local
improvement programmes aligned to national and local priorities.
-Support in service analysis,
recommend and implement changes which will improve service effectiveness.
-To support the production and
presentation of formal reports.
-Developing relationships and working
closely with other local teams, health and social care providers, local commissioners,
and Local Medical Committees (LMCs).
-This primary support will involve
co-attendance at meetings and the distribution of important information and
correspondence to the PCN Board.
