Job summary

The Glen Medical Group are looking for an Experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team, both Full and Part time applications will be considered. Please state in your application how many hours you require. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. Please see job spec for further details. Please note it is essential that you have completed an Independent prescriber qualification and primary care experience an advantage. Applicants with Paediatric experience will be considered.

Agenda for change pay Band 7/8 (depending on experience) and holidays and access to the NHS pension scheme.

To work alongside the GPs to provide a mix of face to face appointments and telephone triage access for acute on the day illness.

  • Evidence of appropriate continuing professional development
  • activity to maintain up-to-date knowledge and on-going
  • competence in all aspects of the NP role
  • Evidence of working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of their own
  • clinical practice
