Job summary
We are looking for a Salaried GPs to join our friendly practice team for 6 sessions per week.
Start dates: ASAP, but flexible for the right candidate.
Our purpose-built practice is situated in Isleworth [NW London ICB] and we are rated GOOD by CQC.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality, patient-centred care
- GMS Practice with 8,500 patients
- TPP/SystmOne
- 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs and long term locum GP
- Experienced nursing team, including ANP
- Full admin support
- Medical defence fees paid

- 6 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks study leave
- Active participation in local Primary Care Network

Main duties of the job
- Provide high quality patient care
- Carry out face to face and telephone consultations
- Undertake home visits
- Liaise with other team members and organisations involved in patient care and respond promptly to queries
- Investigate and refer patients as appropriate in line with current guidance
- Deal promptly with results and correspondence
- Provide cover as required when other GPs are on leave
- Collect data for audit and QoF purposes
- Excellent communication with patients and carers
- Attend clinical, clinical governance and educational meetings
- Strong team player
- Strong collaborative working relationships with partners and all team members
- Effectively manage own time, workload and resources
About us
We are a friendly and supportive Practice in Isleworth TW7.
We are a team of 25 staff who work supportively & closely and together.
We are a GMS practice comprising of a clinical team of 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GP's, Pharmacist & pharmacy technician, ANP, Practice Nurse and x2 HCAs.
High achieving QOF; Ardens templates & reporting; AccuRx; PATCHs, SystmOne.

Qualifications
Essential
- A vocational trained and accredited GP, preferably MRCGP Current registration with the GMC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- IT proficiency and familiarity with primary care clinical systems (the practice use SystmOne)
- Excellent time keeping
- Exceptional team player
- Good understanding of GMS contracting requirements and QoF
