Job summary

We are looking for an individual who hasprevious experience within the NHSto join our data team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will be able to present data in an easily digestible format for both practice staff and upper management. Providing us with the tools to perform more in-depth analysis when necessary.

Main duties of the job

  • Essential Criteria require to the roll

    • Previous experience working with the EMIS clinical system.
    • Good knowledge of Excel
    • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead a close-knit team to assist our practices to achieve key performance indicators and targets.
    • Produce monitoring spreadsheets to enable area and practice managers to monitor practice positions.
    • Monitor and enhance performance, quality, and assurance across our practices.
    • Manage performance across multiple practices, including analysing Quality Standards, Internal KPIs, QOF, and Enhanced Services.
    • Identify areas for improvement through thorough data analysis.
    • Coordinate and oversee claims processes related to core contracts, Quality Standards, and enhanced services.
    • Present data effectively and analytically in an easy-to-read format.
