Job summary

You will work closely with the Data Team and be responsible for clinic bookings and cancellations and providing an accurate data input function, including clinic outcomes and coding.

Your role will be to support the Data Team in providing an efficient and effective audit and data service.

Experience required in using databases, spreadsheets and systems to undertake data entry. You will have a proven track record in working in a busy office setting dealing with enquiries from patients and colleagues both face to face and by telephone. You will be conversant in the use of IT packages, have a pleasant and professional manner, be organised, be able to prioritise and be flexible and motivated.

Main duties of the job

· Responsible for supporting the work of the Data Team Leader in providing an efficient and effective audit and data service to support the clinicians and administrative team.

Principle Accountabilities

· To provide an accurate and efficient data input function, including clinic outcomes and tariffs, patient registrations, 18week-RTT information and coding.

· To provide an administration service linked to data analysis and audit including managing all radiology bookings, verifying diagnostic reports, attaching to patient records and forwarding to relevant clinician.

· To undertake general clerical duties including scanning, post, monitoring of PMSK email and forwarding of physiotherapy referrals.

· To respond to general internal and external enquiries by colleagues or patients made face to face or over the telephone.

About us

Pennine MSK Partnership is a service commissioned by Oldham CCG to provide care for the patients of Oldham in Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Persistent Pain in a community setting across several sites in and around Oldham.

We have a large multidisciplinary team of 90 Clinicians and 40 Operational staff who work in the service to provide an outstanding pathway of care for our patients.

Our multidisciplinary clinical team include, Rheumatology Consultants, Orthopaedic Consultants, Consultant Liaison Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, GP’s with special interest in Rheumatology and Persistent Pain, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists, Rheumatology Specialist Physiotherapists, Clinical Specialist Podiatrists, Rheumatology Nurse Specialists, Occupational Therapists and Cognitive Behavioural Therapists.
