Job summary

We are seeking to recruit an Central Administrator to join and support our central team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop and learn.

Working closely with colleagues, across the business, you will provide invaluable support to our Partnership.

You will be required to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce clear and concise information.

Suffolk Primary Care comprises 11 sites across Suffolk, collectively serving 90,000 patients. We offer a supportive and rewarding working environment with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the experience of our colleagues and patients.

Main duties of the job

Maintaining organisations premises management system

Support the central administrative function of all our teams

Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence

Data entry and database maintenance

Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations

Managing diaries for team members

Scheduling meetings and taking minutes

Supporting sites to answer queries and resolve issues

Dealing with daily enquiries via post, phone and email and directing queries to the relevant member of staff or department.

Providing general administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying and printing

Completing all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards and policy.

Supporting members of staff with workload and tasks as requested.

Updating Risk register for premises

Premises maintenance i.e. Heating/ Air Conditioning/ lifts/ alarms/ emergency lighting/ fire extinguisher/ legionella/ PAT scheduling coordination with Practice Operations Manager and Servicing Contractors
