Job summary

The Birches Medical Centre are seeking to recruit 3 x part time Care Navigator’s. There are various morning and afternoon shifts available between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday. The post holder will need to be flexible to cover during times of annual leave and sickness.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicants will join our busy practice team, so the ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain a positive approach to patient care is essential.

Ideally, applicants will be experienced within a similar role however full training will be provided.
