Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our
friendly team at Wembury Surgery.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a colleague with excellent interpersonal and clinical
skills with experience working in a GP Practice. Competence in chronic disease
management is preferred (particularly asthma, COPD, diabetes and hypertension)
along with standard nursing duties such as immunisations, cervical screening,
dressings, phlebotomy etc.

Our four GPs and healthcare team provide comprehensive, high quality,
patient centred care to a semi-rural community of 2,800 patients on the
outskirts of Plymouth.
