Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Surgery
Team Supervisor to join our busy, friendly team at our Lytchett Matravers Surgery.
The Surgery Team Supervisor will ensure the smooth
day to day running of the practice, including dealing with basic IT issues on
site. Liaising with GP’s, staff and managers at all times.
This role is patient facing you will
receive and assist patients to access appropriate healthcare professionals on
the telephone, face to face and through online services. You will process a variety
of patient administration to support the effective day-to-day delivery of
clinics and services that The Adam Practice provides.
This is a part time vacancy, please see below working pattern.

Main duties of the job
Regularly reviewing processes within team and ensuring they are kept
current.
Completing general
administrative duties to support the Practice operation as required from time
to time.
Ensuring GP and staff rota’s are maintained, and having oversight of holidays and sickness. Submitting overtime and stationary requests.
Having excellent communication skills, be reliable, flexible, and well organised. I.T. skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage although a full training package will be provided.
