Job summary
We are recruiting for a Medical Receptionist in a very busy forward thinking, high achieving practice. If you are motivated and can work under a level of pressure then you are just what we are looking for.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role will be on Reception, answering the telephone, dealing with patients requests and queries via face to face, telephone, email, online triage. Booking appointments, issuing and dealing with prescription requests, liaising with external organisations and general admin work
About us
We have 5 GPs, 2 Nurses and a HCA, Phlebotomist and 10 other receptionists who you will work along side. We are a training practice and have regular medical students. We also have attached support staff including a care co ordinator, social prescriber, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technician, ANP's and Mental Health practitioner
Our reception team are very motivated and friendly and support each other
