The postholder will have the opportunity to learn from very experienced Project Managers, Mental Health Practitioners and GPs to deliver a truly innovative project that will make a positive difference to young people.

The post is initially advertised for 12 months, but there is an opportunity to extend this if the postholder demonstrates a strong work ethic, collaborative working and an ability to deliver the required outcomes. The post will be based in Torentum PCN, but will undertake work that benefits all PCNs in Fylde and Wyre.
