We are expanding our medical reception team and looking to recruit the right person, with the necessary skills and experience to deliver a high-quality service to our patients.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, enthusiastic andable to work under pressure.
We are looking for a customer focused, reliable, and hard-working individual with a can-do approach to their work.
You should have:
- office administration experience
- worked with the public in a front facing role and on the telephone
- excellent communication skills
- able to work well on your own and as part of a team
- Ideally have NHS primary care or equivalent experience

We are a large practice of 22,000 patient list size. You will be joining a large, friendly and committed team of Doctors, Nurses and other healthcare professionals, and a team of reception and administrative staff.
